After nothing but blog posts about learning the Unreal game engine for two months, I've decided to finally diversify my skill set, my tool set, and the topic of my blog posts. And, to start, I've chosen to learn 3D modeling with Blender.
Today's post is mostly just to introduce this new series and to show off my very first Blender project. While learning Blender, I'll be following Blender Guru's Blender 2.8 Beginner Tutorial Series, which you can find the first part of here.
What better way to mark the beginning of my 3D modeling journey than to make a flaming monkey head? May it be the light that guides us along this path. Or not. It might be kind of weird.
